Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of overthinking, struggling with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or burnout? You don't have to figure it out alone.

Hi, I'm Nikki, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy for clients throughout Michigan and Wisconsin. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and specialize in helping preteens, teens, and adults with ADHD, autism, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, PTSD, executive functioning challenges, stress, and life transitions.

Many of my clients have spent years feeling like they're constantly trying to catch up. They may struggle with focus, organization, emotional regulation, perfectionism, procrastination, panic, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities. Others are processing traumatic experiences, navigating major life changes, or learning to better understand how ADHD or autism affects their daily lives and relationships.

My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can better understand yourself, develop practical coping skills, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients develop effective coping strategies and create lasting change.

Together we'll work to reduce anxiety, improve executive functioning, strengthen emotional regulation, process trauma, build healthier relationships, increase self-confidence, and overcome the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care that recognizes your strengths while helping you develop practical tools that work in everyday life.

Whether you're managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, stress, or burnout, my goal is to help you leave each session feeling understood, empowered, and equipped with strategies you can immediately begin using.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation where we'll discuss what's bringing you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve. There's no pressure to have everything figured out—you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.

Together we'll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and goals while creating a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs. My clients often describe my style as warm, collaborative, and practical. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of where to begin and confidence that you're taking meaningful steps toward improving your mental health and overall well-being.
