Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. My mission as a therapist is to meet you where you are, and make you feel heard, seen, and cared for. Together, we will help you get to where you want to be and achieve your goals. I promote a holistic approach by recognizing each client’s social, emotional, physical, and cultural needs. Each person is unique, and I will treat each client in a unique way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe anxiety, anger, depression, fear, poor self-esteem, and self-harming behaviors can be signs of trauma. With a trauma-informed lens, my knowledge and training in the nervous system, polyvagal theory, and other related fields, I have the skill set to help my clients. I use modalities such as CBT, and TA, and I am trained in EMDR and ART.

What you can expect from our first session

I will help you to have a better understanding of your situation, emotions and feelings in a non judgmental environment.
