Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas. Over the last 7 years I have specialized in working with adults in the LGBTQI+ community and allies in private practice helping them overcome a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma that lead them to feel stuck. I provide inclusive online therapy where everyone is welcome. I emphasize a caring, collaborative, and holistic approach that will help you discover your true self and healing.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic orientation is eclectic which means I use a variety of theoretical approaches and interventions that are evidence-based and tailored to meet your individual needs. Overall, my counseling philosophy most closely aligns with that of Adlerian Psychology. I believe that we are all striving for social acceptance, belonging and purpose. I also believe that we all need encouragement and support to reach our goals, feel significant and be satisfied.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about helping others find peace and acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to live fulfilling lives. As a therapist, I strive to help my clients gain a deeper understanding of who they are, where they come from, what they want or need, and where they are going in life. We will work together to help you become more in control of your life so that you can determine your own destiny.
