Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Colorado and Utah. I work with adults and couples. I am a compassionate, authentically caring professional who will not judge you, regardless of your current circumstances or struggles.

My approach to therapy

I am a client-centered therapist with a strength in acknowledging, supporting and respecting the unique view points and perspectives of each individual client. I specialize in working with clients struggling with PTSD, symptoms informed by trauma, depression, anxiety and grief and loss. I often utilizes EMDR, parts work, body centered psychotherapy, principles grounded in mindfulness, and CBT. Solution Focused counseling and Motivational Interviewing can also be helpful to clients seeking more short term, immediate change.
