Great to meet you!

Life can be messy, unpredictable, and downright hard at times. As a therapist, I believe in being compassionate without coddling—offering a space where you can be completely yourself. My style is authentic, down-to-earth, and often sprinkled with humor.

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach to support clients in overcoming challenges, finding clarity, and building meaningful, fulfilling lives. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver, and my experience spans outpatient work with diverse populations, as well as supporting individuals with eating disorders and survivors of domestic violence.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as a supportive listener and mental health professional, helping you make sense of life’s challenges and move toward the version of yourself you want to be. Sometimes that means offering gentle guidance or new perspectives; other times, it’s simply holding space for what needs to be felt.

The heart of my work is helping you uncover the roots of your struggles so you can heal, grow, and build resilience. While we can’t always choose what life throws our way, we can choose how we respond and who we become through it.

What you can expect from me

I believe one of the critical components of a successful therapeutic experience involves the relationship between the therapist and the client, and I strive to connect with every client in an authentic way from the very beginning.

The first session will include getting to know what you hope to get out of therapy, your history, as well as collaborating on goals for treatment. In our sessions, you’ll find a balance of warmth, honesty, and a touch of real talk. Together, we’ll create a space that feels both safe and genuine—a place where you can laugh, cry, and explore without judgment. Starting therapy is a brave, powerful step—and I’m truly honored to walk this part of the journey with you.
