Great to meet you!

I seek long-term relationships with clients. The foundation of a client / therapist relationship, and all relationships, is trust. We take time to build rapport and establish sincere trust on the way toward forming a therapeutic alliance. It's often the case clients underlying issue is lack of trust in themselves and/or in their relationships, regardless of the "disorder", or lack there of.

My approach to therapy

How can I help you? I don't know. Let's figure it out together. The truth is, you are your best asset and possibly your worst enemy. I am a Person-Centered counselor who employs a Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) approach utilizing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Existential counseling, Rational Emotive Behavioral and Nature Therapy techniques.
