Great to meet you!

If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained, you’re not alone—and you’re not the problem. I help with adults, couples and teens who are stuck in the same patterns in anxiety, relationships, or within themselves. Together, we look beneath the surface at trauma, attachment, and internal conflict so change actually holds. My goal is for you to feel more grounded, more self-led, and more steady in how you move through life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, with added support for infertility stress and postpartum depression. Our work is structured and intentional, while still giving you space to process at your own pace—so you feel more clear, regulated, and in control.

What you can expect from me

As a male therapist offering trauma-informed therapy, I understand that past experiences with men can shape how safe therapy feels. You won’t have to filter yourself here—we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you and focus on what’s actually underneath the surface. If you’re ready, or even just curious, you’re welcome to reach out for a free consultation.
