Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Trista! Let me give you a little snippet into who I am as a human being. In 2017, I began my undergraduate journey in interdisciplinary studies at Texas Tech University (TTU). I stayed in Lubbock to begin my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at TTU in 2020. I am married to my lovely husband, Wesley, and we have two beautiful fur babies, Caroline and Luna. My hobbies include trying to keep my plants alive, playing tennis, and escaping to fantasy book worlds.

My approach to therapy

My passion is working with couples and/or individuals struggling with infertility issues, the perinatal period, and postpartum mental health. In addition to being a trained Marriage and Family Therapist, I have extensive training from Postpartum Support International as well as EMDR training specifically for this population. I find it is important to tackle these far too common issues as a team. As human beings we are not meant to be alone, it takes a village to thrive in life.

What you can expect from me

Leaving my office, my goal is for you to feel seen and heard. I strive to ensure your time is spent productively with an emphasis on finding solutions that work for you.

If you are looking to start care with me please reach out via email at [email protected] as I do not provide my availability on headway. Please note that I only work with insurance for individual therapy, not couples therapy.
