Great to meet you!

Hi I am Troy Fulton, FPMHNP-BC, a skilled psychiatric provider who strives to help children, adolescents, and adults achieve peace and harmony in their lives.

With more than 25 years of experience as a nurse, Troy can properly handle pediatric and adult trauma, emergency services, inpatient, residential, and outpatient mental health, and substance abuse intervention and treatment.

My approach to therapy

It’s my mission to help my patients navigate life’s ups and downs, and I realize we all need some help to overcome these events in life. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or thought distortions, it’s difficult not to succumb to the frustration associated with these disorders. However, I am here to help increase your quality of life by offering balance therapy, medications, and complementary alternative medicine to include integrative and functional psychiatry approaches.

What you can expect from me

I believe the art of nursing comes from assembling a comprehensive approach to healing the mind. I approach patients’ issues with a combination of therapy and medication management. This allows me to build trust and rapport with the people he is helping and supports effective and accurate prescriptions, if necessary.
