Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 26 years of experience as a mental health RN. My approach is warm, holistic, and open-minded. I believe in seeing the whole person, not just the symptoms, and I work collaboratively so you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your journey.

I have extensive experience serving the Veteran community, both professionally and personally — my husband is also a Veteran — and I bring deep respect, cultural sensitivity, and compassion to every therapeutic relationship.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me participating in community events, cooking, reading, or enjoying live music. These connections help keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance and well-being.

If you’re looking for someone who listens without judgment, values your story, and tailors care to your unique needs, I would be honored to work with you. I look forward to supporting you as you take your next steps toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

At Taylormade Psychiatry & Wellness, I provide virtual care that is warm, collaborative, and holistic—designed to meet each client where they are. My sessions include medication management, integrating strategies for sleep, nutrition, and stress reduction to support whole‐person wellness.

Whether you’re seeking a thoughtful evaluation, ongoing medication support, or guidance in building healthier routines, my goal is to partner with you in creating a plan that feels sustainable and tailored to your life.

What you can expect from me

In your session with me, I create a comfortable, supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. The appointments are convenient and affordable.

  • I provide a Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation- which is a thoughtful review of mental health history, current concerns, and past treatments to understand my client’s unique needs.
  • We participate in Collaborative Goal Setting- which is a discussion of what you hope to achieve—whether symptom relief, lifestyle changes, or overall wellness.
  • We discuss Medication & Treatment Options- which is a exploration of whether medication management may be helpful, explained in clear, approachable language.
  • We participate in Holistic Wellness Integration- which is a conversation about sleep, nutrition, stress, and daily routines, with practical strategies woven into the care plan.
