Cathy Schneider

I have 14+ years of clinical experience with outpatient/inpatient clients, crisis work, and supervising other therapists. Working with adults clients around trauma, self-exploration, life transitions, spiritual or existential issues, and grief/loss. I bring a sense of humor and an easy, informal approach to this deep and meaningful work.

Compassion, warmth, and validation are a central part of the process. I focus on mindfulness and acceptance while building a relationship with each client to tailor the session to each person's need.

In an initial appointment, we will dive into history and explore what brings each person to therapy. I will make a recommendation for type of therapy, frequency, and duration.
