Great to meet you!

Change can be challenging, especially when stress, anxiety, or old patterns begin to interfere with daily life. I offer therapy that combines practical tools with deeper experiential work to support healing, resilience, and meaningful change. Drawing from my background in trauma-informed psychotherapy, somatic approaches, and stress-management training, I help clients develop clarity, confidence, and steadiness as they navigate life transitions.

My work is grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping you build skills you can use beyond the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

I believe effective therapy includes both thoughtful conversation and experiential methods that support whole-brain healing. In addition to talk therapy, I integrate body-aware and imagination-based approaches to help calm the nervous system, clear emotional blocks, and create change that goes beyond insight alone.

Clients are active participants in the process and often leave sessions feeling more peaceful, resourced, and equipped with practical tools they can apply in everyday life. My approach is supportive, structured, and paced to meet each client’s needs.

What you can expect from me

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with additional training in career and life coaching, I support clients in reducing the impact of trauma and stress while strengthening fulfillment in work and relationships. Therapy focuses on shifting unhelpful patterns and beliefs, building resilience, and supporting a calmer, more grounded sense of self. Coaching principles may be incorporated when appropriate to support clarity and aligned decision-making.

I bring a warm, empowering, and collaborative style to my work. Clients often describe me as supportive, engaged, and direct in a way that feels safe and encouraging. I value humor, curiosity, and practical wisdom as part of the therapeutic process.
