Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in trauma‐informed care, ADHD, mood disorders, and Medication‐Assisted Treatment (MAT). I work with adults who want clear guidance, practical strategies, and a provider who listens without judgment. My approach is warm, empowering, and solution‐oriented — I help clients understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what we can do together to help them feel better.

I’ve worked across outpatient mental health, primary care, and addiction medicine, and I bring a calm, grounded presence to every session. Clients often tell me they appreciate my clarity, my ability to explain things in a way that makes sense, and the sense of safety they feel when we work together. My goal is to help you build stability, confidence, and long‐term wellness with a plan that fits your real life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empowering, and solution‐oriented. I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand what they’re experiencing and develop clear, practical steps toward feeling better. I use a trauma‐informed, patient‐centered style that focuses on safety, clarity, and real‐world progress. Whether we’re addressing mood, anxiety, ADHD, or substance use concerns, I provide structured guidance, evidence‐based treatment, and a supportive space where clients feel heard and respected.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where we focus on understanding what brought you in and what you want to change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your symptoms, history, and goals, and I’ll explain things in a way that feels grounding and easy to follow. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and create a practical plan so you leave the session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps.
