Great to meet you!

I have an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy and have worked for myself for the past 3 years. Prior to private practice, I spent 22 years working in agency settings that allowed for me to see individuals, couples and families for a variety of mental health reasons as well as coping during life's challenges. The road to healing can be found within you. I would be honored to help you find the path to feeling better.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist with over 25 years of experience, my goal is to provide a safe, accepting environment where my clients feel they can explore their issues without judgement. Acceptance, compassion and even humor are important aspects of my work. Whether you are facing challenges in your personal or professional life, I can help you to reach your goal of living a happier more productive life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to learn how to express yourself in a way that leaves you feeling heard. I want you to understand your worth and know how to move forward in a way that best suits you. I work with individuals, couples and/or families to bring a sense of selves back into their lives.
