Hi there, I'm Jess! I'm a licensed clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher who combines cognitive behavioral therapy with the unique grounding aspects of yoga, meditation and breathwork. I specialize in treating mood disorders. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families who are open to a more holistic, mind-body approach to therapy.

I use a client-centered, strength-based approach with a special focus on understanding family dynamics and attachment styles that may be impacting current patterns. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients identify thoughts, feelings, behaviors and belief systems that are keeping them "stuck" in uncomfortable symptoms. We work to identify these together to cultivate a life of improved awareness, balance, and resilience.

Expect to be greeted with a cup of tea and a weighted blanket if you like...make yourself comfortable as we identify 3 main goals with clear action steps so that you can clearly measure your progress. We will integrate meditation, yoga & breathwork to help you feel more grounded in your body.
