Great to meet you!

My degree is in Transpersonal therapy which means considering the individual and the larger world around that person. Together, my clients and I bring attention to and create plans for how they want to create the change they're hoping for in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in the perinatal period, so working with folks who want to become pregnant, are pregnant, newly postpartum, or in the early stages of parenting. I also work with non-birthing partners, and people deciding if they'd like to become parents or not. Additionally, I work with adults at other various life stages.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have tangible actions and steps after our sessions together. Often, I'll ask folks to try something out and notice if it was helpful or not between our sessions together.
