I graduated with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in May 2022. I have been in the public service sector my whole adult life and enjoy helping others realize their worth and potential as they heal from adversity and life's challenges.
I have a background in working with those inflicted with trauma (big or small), caregiver burnout, depression, anxiety, and life fatigue. I believe everyone can be a hero in their own lives, they just need the right support and tools in order to reach their max potential.
I provide a safe place to explore, process, and grow in your ability to bounce back from life challenges. My use of humor, grace, and acceptance of others helps clients to feel comfortable so they can open up about their challenges, allowing them to move forward.
