Great to meet you!

I offer therapy that helps you move forward by understanding what lies beneath what you’re struggling with. Whether you’re facing a life transition, seeking more fulfilling relationships, or wanting steadier resilience, we work together to uncover patterns and create space for new possibilities. With experience in psychodynamic therapy and community mental health, I pay close attention to how inner life and external pressures shape one another, and support you working on both. I trained at Smith College School, renowned for its rigorous clinical program, and hold a PhD in history and social sciences.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults, young adults, and teens facing a wide range of challenges. Having lived in the U.S., France, and Italy, I’m especially attuned to those seeking connection and stability in new or unfamiliar places, whether after a move, a life transition, or a period of feeling estranged.

I believe working with a skilled therapeutic partner is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself. Therapy is first and foremost a journey of self-exploration—understanding what drives you so you can better understand who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll invite you to share what feels central to who you are and what you’re facing. You can expect a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. From there, we’ll explore what you hope to achieve in therapy and begin shaping a plan together.
