Great to meet you!

I am here to help if your child is struggling and you feel unsure of how to help them. Caregivers frequently reach out when their child is having difficulties at home or at school, with family or with friends. Children aren’t always able to express their thoughts and feelings verbally, so they will show you how they’re doing through their behaviors and their play. I help kids ages 4-13 with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD and trauma, both in person and through telehealth.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in play therapy, EMDR and other approaches tailored to children's needs. I help kids learn a variety of ways to express their emotions even if it is hard for them to use words to share what they are feeling.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I can help your child and your family play, connect, and heal.
