Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping my clients learn how to manage stress better, cultivate resiliency, and achieve overall well-being naturally. I believe that to achieve optimal wellness, there must be a focus on psychophysiology to put balance back into your life. Where the mind goes the body follows, therefore managing the “Power of Thought” is a keystone to building optimal health and overall wellbeing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy. I use a variety of methods and techniques, such as CBT, DBT, REBT, Positive Psychology, and Energy Psychology.

What you can expect from our first session

Stress is a normal part of life, but when it becomes excessive or chronic it can affect both your physical and mental health. You can’t avoid stress, but you can stop it from becoming overwhelming, causing anxiety and/or depression, by practicing stress management strategies and techniques. I will work with you to uncover your stressors and help you develop strategies to effectively manage them.
