Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based support. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, my goal is to help you find meaningful change and relief.

With ongoing economic uncertainty affecting so many aspects of our lives—work, relationships, and even our sense of identity—it’s more important than ever to have a space where you can process, regroup, and strengthen your emotional resilience. I provide that space, helping clients manage stress, cope with change, and reconnect with their values in times of instability.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll work to define values, build resilience, and develop tools to help you live a more fulfilling life.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado and have since dedicated my career to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and existential interventions that help clients explore meaning, purpose, freedom, and authenticity—especially in times of uncertainty and transition.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded in authenticity, and tailored to your needs. I believe that healing happens not just through insight, but through connection, courage, and taking intentional steps forward.

Outside of session, you’ll likely find me exploring Colorado’s hiking trails, enjoying a good book, cooking and finding time with loved ones.
