Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping adults, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges. My passion lies in supporting individuals through emotional stress, trauma, and major life transitions by providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

I specialize in working with clients facing concerns such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. My approach is personalized, collaborative, and rooted in empathy—I meet each person where they are and help them build the tools needed for healing and growth.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting emotional well-being. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone—I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, supportive, and interactive therapeutic environment where every individual is treated with respect, dignity, and compassion—free from judgment or stigmatizing labels. You can expect authentic, genuine care and a collaborative partnership throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, and Strengths-Based approaches.

Each treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to meet your unique needs and goals, providing a personalized path toward healing, growth, and lasting self-improvement. Together, we’ll identify strategies that empower you to overcome challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. During this time, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and identify your goals for treatment.

I’ll ask some questions about your background, strengths, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. This helps me better understand your unique story and tailor an approach that fits your individual needs.

You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where you are encouraged to speak openly and at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan to help you move toward greater emotional balance, self-awareness, and overall well-being.

Most importantly, the first session is about you feeling heard, understood, and supported—it’s the first step in our journey toward healing and positive change.
