Great to meet you!

I work with adults who want to get back in touch with what is most important to them to feel more connected to themselves and others. I can share techniques to manage anxiety, overcome past & present challenges, connect more authentically with others, and identify skills that will help you succeed in school, work and life. If you are struggling with trauma, grief, depression/anxiety or other mental/emotional stress, we will work together to find the tools that best support your well-being.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping clients with trauma, addiction to drugs/alcohol, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and loss.I tend to use an eclectic approach and tend to view things through the lens of trauma and attachment.I pull resources from a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, Relational, ACT, Integrated Family Systems, Wilderness Therapy and Somatic Therapy.Together, we will find a balance of insights and skills that work best for you

What you can expect from me

I believe that there is an inherent good in each of us, and with the right approaches and techniques, this core can be cultivated no matter how challenging or painful life may sometimes be. My strength is in helping you figure out what is within your control and what is not. My overriding interest is in challenging/supporting you to let go of maladaptive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are interfering with your ability to achieve your life goals and realize your fullest potential.
