I hold a master’s in social work (MSW) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) therefore I am permitted to practice clinical mental health treatment and facilitate clinical interventions within the state of North Carolina.
I provide an integrative and trauma informed approach to meet individuals' unique needs. I strive to meet clients where they are, assist with alleviating their symptoms, and ultimately meet their individualized therapeutic goals.
The foundation of my counseling approach is in humanistic and attachment/relational theories. I offer a compassionate and collaborative space with the intent to develop a safe therapeutic process by conveying empathy, authenticity (genuineness and realism), and acceptance.
