Great to meet you!

I am a clinician at Nielsen Psychological Services, which is an outpatient behavioral health care organization, specializing in individual and couples therapy related to trauma, anxiety, grief & loss, and violence prevention. I hold a Masters of Social Work from the Metropolitan University of Denver and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a neurodivergent affirming therapist dedicated to creating a space where clients are respected and empowered in their healing. I believe we are all the experts of our experience, and my role as a therapist is to collaborate with clients-never to dictate the direction of your path.

My approach to therapy

My practice integrates multiple evidence based modalities, and I work alongside you to determine what fits your goals and learning styles. Whether you are drawn to EMDR for trauma healing, DBT for emotion regulation, CBT for shifting thought patterns, or a blended, flexible approach, we will tailor the process around what feels right.

What you can expect from me

My work centers on curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I strive to honor the diverse identities, backgrounds, and neurotypes of all individuals, and recognize the ways culture, environment, and systemic factors shape our experiences. I aim to provide a space where clients can explore, heal, unmask, rest, and grow.
