Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified LCMHC providing individual therapy for adolescents, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Many of my clients come in feeling burned out or trapped. I won’t sugarcoat it; therapy is hard. It takes honesty, tough conversations, and facing truths we’d rather avoid. But that’s where growth happens. I work best with clients who are open to self-exploration and motivated to grow, even if the path ahead feels uncertain. Together, we’ll develop insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build on your strengths to create lasting resilience and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong foundation in Motivational Interviewing and a person-centered, strengths-based approach. I focus on setting practical, achievable goals and helping clients create healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding to life’s stressors.

What you can expect from me

I always start client relationships with an introductory appointment, so that I can have plenty of time to get to know you and for you to get to know me. I focus on maintaining a welcoming and warm environment to give my clients space to explore their own thoughts without judgment and grow as individuals. We can work together to identify your needs and determine how you want to meet these needs.
