Great to meet you!

Are you feeling like you are letting others down and wondering if you are making the wrong choices? We can help you build confidence and satisfaction in relationships. It may feel natural to have difficulty experiencing feedback without feelings of being a failure or rejection and to find yourself taking care of others. You may be self-critical, feel the need to be achieving, worry about how others feel about you, and feel unsure if plans will work out.

My approach to therapy

It may seem impossible now yet after a while you will feel more comfortable and confident in yourself. We will explore what has happened in the past, specifically in relationships and in interactions with other people, to see what patterns are being repeated today. The pain you feel due to past experiences or due to the way you have been treated is real.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will spend time getting to know one another, helping me understand your story and what you want from therapy, and establishing if we are a good fit. You can expect to feel heard and for me to ask you for feedback on your experience. Making sure that you feel comfortable, is my main priority in the first session. We can also try to keep it light-hearted and casual until we build comfort.
