Great to meet you!

work with individuals who feel stuck in self-criticism, struggle with knowing who they are, or feel weighed down by patterns they learned in childhood — especially those who grew up in chaotic or emotionally unavailable environments. Whether you're navigating big life changes, healing from trauma, or simply trying to quiet the voice that tells you that you're not enough, I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of trauma-focused DBT, CBT, brainspotting, and relapse prevention strategies to support healing from trauma, substance use, and self-destructive patterns. I’ve completed specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and am currently working toward certification in perinatal mental health.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work to break generational cycles, challenge perfectionism, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. My approach is grounded in the belief that you are not defined by your past — and you have the power to create a life that feels more aligned, peaceful, and whole.
