I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have over 18 years of experience. I have worked with various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar, addiction, trauma, women's issues, and Intimate Partner Violence. I work with individuals, families, and couples counseling. I have a degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT and an MA in Marriage & Family Therapy from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT.

My approach to therapy

I employ a range of therapy models that include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused, emotional focused therapy, and family systems models based upon the needs of the individual or family.
