I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who practiced for 30 years or so on the inpatient and outpatient services from a perspective to include whole person care. I was encouraged to acquire a graduate degree in Business. So if your struggling with employment or just what to explore "what's next in my career".

The combination of degrees informs my current practice. I have extensive experience in most forms of mental health, neurodiversity (ADHD and ASD).

First session is spent assessing all aspects of assessment. Screening tools include screening for Depression, Anxiety, Substance use, current medications and health care concerns.

Very interactive, direct, use humor quite a bit. I can bring lots of experience to bear on your concerns.

FIrst session is spent attempting to set goal for the direction of your care. I use homework quite a bit between sessions specific to the areas that are concerning.
