I am a Native New Yorker, living in Colorado since the Mets won the World Series. I use my training in conjunction with my life experience in the therapy room, but it's always your therapy room.
I help clients understand the different facets of their stories. To do so I'll invite you to slow down and attune to your self. Becoming aware of and meeting your wounds with compassion and curiosity will allow them to integrate and begin to heal. It's in relationship which we are wounded, and in relationship we heal. It's an honor to come alongside you as you explore and examine the patterns and themes of your life.
I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker because I am passionate about helping individuals recover from religious trauma, relationship wounds, and patterns of people-pleasing and perfectionism. Through 10 years of bringing this passion to therapy, I have witnessed my clients gain radical self-compassion and build a strong, trusting relationship with themselves. From this deeply supportive space, they have learned to set and keep boundaries for self-care, find a clear understanding of their identity, and uncovered a deep and abiding ability to nurture and care for their pain and trauma. This has resulted in my clients gently leading themselves into the life they’ve been yearning for.
I deeply value a strong, trusting, and safe therapeutic relationship and the co-creation of this container for the work we do together. I value and trust your internal healing wisdom, and am committed to exploring and developing this together in safety.
Hello! My name is Bree. I consider myself lucky to be in a position to support people as they navigate the often absurd, messy, and unpredictable situations life throws our way. I bring warmth, authenticity, and respect for every person's story. I care deeply about honoring your lived experience and the bigger picture of the world you move through.
I approach all experiences with curiosity and respect, including those that are unusual, feel out of the ordinary, spiritual, or hard to explain. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences in a way that is authentic and empowering, without judgment or jumping to conclusions or diagnoses. I believe it’s important to look at the whole picture and never rush to label or define what you’re going through.
I'm also trained in Restorative Justice practices, and can offer support to anyone who’s been impacted by harm-whether you’ve experienced it, caused it, or both. In addition, if you’re interested in exploring Restorative Dialogue, or are already engaged in the process, I can support you every step of the way.
Hi, I'm Kristen Goltz, MS, LMFT — a trauma therapist in Fort Collins, CO specializing in Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 therapy. I work with teens (13-17) and adults (18+) in-person in Fort Collins and virtually throughout Colorado and Florida.
I came to this work not just through training, but through my own healing journey. I know what it feels like to be weighed down by the past, to understand your patterns but still feel stuck, and to wonder if real change is actually possible. It is. I've lived it.
I specialize in complex trauma, relational trauma, attachment wounds, narcissistic abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, co-parenting and divorce recovery, and ADHD. If you've done therapy before but still feel stuck in the same patterns — this work goes deeper than traditional talk therapy.
If you’re seeking compassionate, collaborative support, you’re in the right place! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary (2018) and training at Denver Family Institute. I support individuals, couples, and families through life transitions like career, marriage, pregnancy, early parenthood, anxiety, depression, and addiction recovery with warm, practical, collaborative care. I’ve worked in multiple settings, including substance‐use intensive outpatient programs, which shaped my systems‐focused approach.
I am trained in trauma, anxiety, addiction, grief and somatic treatments. I also help you build healthy relationships. I specialize in using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and integrating somatic techniques in therapy, such as Polyvagal Theory or Somatic Experiencing. I'm also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and combine this with IFS and somatic work. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Hi, I'm Maddie! I grew up in a small town in Western New York and spent most of my early days running around outside playing in the mud. From teenage to young adulthood I struggled significantly with anxiety, GI issues, and trying to fit in with who/what I saw around me. Once I moved to Colorado, I had complete culture shock and started rethinking who I am and how I want to show up in the world. After learning strategies first hand, and attending grad school for Art Therapy, I started finding my way. Now, I'm passionate about helping others find empowerment and connection to the things that matter most to them. I'd love to work with children, teens and young adults who are questioning their identity or living with anxiety or difficult symptoms after going through trauma.
