I help adults break free from the weight of trauma and rebuild a sense of strength, clarity, and control. My background includes working in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and university settings, where I supported people facing trauma, crisis, and complex emotional struggles. I’ve run trauma processing groups for sexual assault survivors, provided therapy in a hospital program for teens and adults, and completed psychological evaluations for adults and older adults. These experiences shaped my calm, steady, trauma-informed approach and the way I show up for adults who are ready to heal.

Hi there! I am a licensed counselor in both Indiana and Minnesota. I graduated from Purdue University Northwest in 2022 with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and have worked in community mental health, substance use recovery, and private practice settings since. I enjoy working with adults through various circumstances, issues, or symptoms, and utilize a mix of CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and EMDR interventions during sessions.
I work with individuals who are often seen as strong, capable, and self-aware, yet internally may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, grief, or a persistent sense of being stuck. Many of the people I work with have tried therapy before and are looking for something deeper—an approach that helps them not just cope, but truly understand and transform what they are carrying.
As part of my practice, I am accompanied in the office by my professionally trained service dog, Mila. Mila is present to assist with my medical needs while I provide therapy. Many clients find their presence calming and comforting, though their primary role is to support my health so I can continue providing high-quality care.
My work integrates EMDR, existential-humanistic therapy, and depth psychology to help clients process difficult experiences, understand the patterns shaping their lives, and reconnect with their own resilience. I have particular experience supporting those navigating loss, serious illness, caregiver stress, and major life transitions, as well as professionals who carry significant responsibility for others.
My style is warm, engaged, thoughtful, and collaborative, while also being direct when needed. I believe meaningful therapy involves both feeling deeply understood and being gently challenged toward growth. Together, we work to build insight, emotional freedom, and a stronger sense of agency so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
In addition to my clinical work, I provide supervision and consultation to therapists and other helping professionals working in high-stress environments, particularly those connected to grief, trauma, and end-of-life care.
If you are looking for therapy that is thoughtful, compassionate, depth-oriented, and focused on lasting change, I would be honored to work with you.
