Great to meet you!

Mabuhay! Welcome.

Thank you for visiting my profile. I am currently accepting new individual therapy clients and am not accepting new couples for couples therapy at this time. My primary clinical focus is sex therapy and individual therapy for adults. I help clients navigate concerns related to sexual desire, arousal, orgasm, sexual pain, intimacy, sexual anxiety, shame, sexual trauma, gender identity, sexual diversity, infidelity, and relationship challenges. I also provide treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other mental health concerns that may affect emotional and sexual well-being.

As a BIPOC, trauma-focused Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in multiple jurisdictions, I provide a safe, affirming, sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and culturally responsive environment where you can explore your concerns without judgment.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, integrating trauma-informed care with therapies tailored to your unique goals and experiences. Whether you are seeking support for sexual concerns, healing from trauma, improving intimacy, or managing anxiety or depression, I am committed to helping you build insight, confidence, resilience, and a healthier relationship with yourself, your sexuality, and your overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-focused, sex-positive, decolonized, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. I integrate Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based care, somatic techniques, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Sensate Focus Therapy, CBT, DBT, TF-ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support your unique sexual wellness and healing goals.

In sex therapy, we may explore desire, arousal, orgasm, sexual pain, intimacy, communication, sexual anxiety, shame, body awareness, boundaries, kink, sexual diversity, gender identity, and the impact of trauma on sexuality and relationships. We may also work on reducing pressure, increasing emotional safety, improving connection, and helping you build a healthier relationship with your body, pleasure, and sexual self.

Together, we can work toward healing, confidence, empowerment, and deeper connection with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to discuss sexual wellness concerns at their own pace. We may explore what brings them to sex therapy, including concerns with desire, arousal, orgasm, sexual pain, intimacy, sexual anxiety, shame, trauma, gender identity, kink, sexual diversity, or relationship patterns.

The first session is also an opportunity to ask questions, build comfort, and identify initial goals for therapy. Together, we will begin creating a path that feels safe, collaborative, sex-positive, and supportive of each client’s needs, values, and lived experiences.

My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and more grounded, with a clearer sense of the next steps in their sexual wellness, healing, and growth.
