I am Dr. Obinna Ezealor, DNP, PMHNP‐BC, a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 12 years of clinical experience across inpatient, outpatient, and long‐term psychiatric settings. My work spans general and addiction psychiatry, and I have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I bring over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience to my work and am the founder of The Vine Health Services. I’m a doctoral-prepared, dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Family and Psychiatric care, which allows me to look at your health from every angle — mind, body, and spirit.

My approach blends medical expertise with empathy, offering integrative, functional, and faith-informed care (based on patient's preference) that supports the whole person.
