Understanding Your Issues:
I understand that every individual is unique, and your concerns are as individual as you are. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression.
As your mental health provider here's what I want you to know about me:
Greetings & welcome. As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I offer brief therapy & medication management to adolescents & adults. Medication is not the best fit for everyone & together we can find your path.
I hold a certification in Wellness Counseling from Cornell University & believe that diet, activity and spending time doing what nourishes you, all contribute to healing. Together we can explore your goals & treatment options.
Your mind and body are speaking—are you listening? As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in high-stakes intensive care, I understand what many overlook: mental and physical health are inseparable.
In critical care, I saw how stress, trauma, and anxiety manifest in the body—tight chests, sleepless nights, unexplained pain. And when the pandemic hit, I witnessed the silent emotional suffering of patients, families, and healthcare workers alike. That moment changed everything.
I chose psychiatry because healing your mind is just as vital as healing your body. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like no one sees what you’re carrying—you don’t have to hold it alone. I’m here to help you reconnect, restore, and rise.

Hello and welcome to comprehensive psychiatric services at DMD Health and Wellness!
As a General (Adult) and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, I am passionate about empowering all ages on their journey towards mental health and well-being.
I completed a residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Georgia's prestigious medical college, one of the oldest medical schools in the nation. This expert, specialized training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to understand the unique psychological needs of children, adolescents, and adults.
I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist, Board Certified Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, and am also a Board Certified Pediatrician (triple-trained in General Pediatrics, General Psychiatry, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry). I completed a pediatrics residency at NYC’s only academic Children’s Hospital in Brooklyn, SUNY Downstate, with additional pediatric and psychiatric internships at Brooklyn’s Maimonides Medical Center.
I graduated with my medical degree (Doctorate) with clinical accolades from New York’s oldest osteopathic medical school, NYIT.
I am approachable and I like to provide a safe space.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of healthcare experience, providing telehealth psychiatry and virtual care to patients across New York. My strong medical background helps me recognize the vital link between
mental and physical health, allowing me to deliver thoughtful, integrated psychiatry services rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
I focus on medication management for anxiety and depression, along with adult ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma and PTSD management, using thorough psychiatric assessments, medication management, and supportive therapy for stress, burnout, and mood disorders. I also have particular experience in women’s mental health,
including postpartum depression and the concerns that often go unaddressed in general psychiatric care.
My aim is to foster a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and respected. I believe mental health treatment is most effective when it’s collaborative and personalized
I work closely with each client to develop a tailored
treatment plan that promotes emotional well-being, stability, and an improved quality of life.
All appointments are conducted through secure virtual care, and I accept insurance through Headway, so cost is rarely a barrier to getting started.
I am a warm, open-minded, and compassionate clinician who values collaboration and respect in every session. I provide both talk therapy and medication management, tailoring care to each person’s unique needs and goals. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a supportive, client-centered style, helping you navigate challenges while building resilience, personal strengths, and a sense of meaning in your life.
I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, ask questions about treatment, and feel empowered to make choices that support your mental health. Whether you’re seeking therapy, medication support, or both, I partner with you to develop a plan that works for your life, pace, and values.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding psychiatrists in Endicott starts with knowing what type of mental health care you need. Psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners can diagnose conditions and prescribe medication, while therapists provide talk therapy and support. Medication management often includes an initial assessment, follow-up visits, and adjustments based on your care plan. If you are looking for support with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, or other mental health concerns, review each psychiatrist’s listed specialties and training to see whether their experience matches your needs.
In a smaller city like Endicott, local psychiatry options may be more limited than in nearby Binghamton or larger parts of New York. Virtual appointments can expand your search while still keeping care accessible from home. Psychiatric appointments for medication management are often shorter and less frequent than therapy sessions, so it can help to compare appointment availability, whether a psychiatrist is accepting new patients, and whether a free phone consultation is offered. Some psychiatrists also provide therapy, and some people work with both a therapist and a prescriber. Reading bios can help you understand each psychiatrist’s approach, communication style, and session structure before booking.
Psychiatric care in Endicott can be a significant expense without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to lower session costs and understand what you may pay before care begins. Headway helps you find psychiatrists who match your needs, may accept your insurance, and are accepting new patients. You can enter your insurance details to see estimated out-of-pocket costs upfront, compare virtual and in-person options, review bios, and book directly when you’re ready.
If you're already taking psychiatric medication and considering switching providers, talk to your current prescriber before changing or stopping any medication — most psychiatric medications shouldn't be stopped abruptly. Anyone experiencing thoughts of self-harm or in acute crisis should call 988 or go to the nearest emergency department rather than wait for an outpatient appointment.
