In my spare time, I enjoy various fiber arts, and spending time outdoors playing in the dirt. I am married to an amazing man who retired after a long career as a psychiatric social worker. Together, we have seven children and nine absolutely incredible grandchildren.

My background includes inpatient psychiatry, outpatient care, and working with individuals across different stages of life, so I’ve seen how mental health challenges can show up in very real, everyday ways.
