I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist with more than 22 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care in inpatient, outpatient, consultation-liaison, and telepsychiatry settings.

Throughout my career, I have helped adults struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, trauma-related conditions, somatic symptom disorders, and other complex psychiatric illnesses. I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner offering medication management. At this time I offer virtual sessions, with plans to add in‐person appointments in the near future. My approach is shaped by more than a decade of experience working in women's health as a nurse midwife. During that time, I realized how important it is to offer care that truly sees the whole person and honors their full experience. That background taught me how to sit with people in vulnerable moments, listen without rushing, and support them through real-life transitions with steadiness and compassion.

If medications are to be used, then it is priority to ensure that the most benefit is provided, with the least amount of medication onboard.
