I have a longstanding passion for psychiatric mental health, which drives my work as a Nurse Practitioner. With over five years of experience in mental health and a strong foundation as a Registered Nurse, I bring knowledge, empathy, and dedication to every patient interaction. I am committed to listening carefully and providing compassionate, individualized care.

I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care to adolescents and adults through a warm, holistic, and evidence-based approach. I completed my Family Nurse Practitioner training at Long Island University and later advanced my training with a post master’s certification in psychiatric mental health at Liberty University. My background across urgent care and outpatient settings has allowed me to care for a wide range of conditions, while recognizing the strong connection between physical health, anxiety, depression, and overall emotional well-being.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, stress, and life transitions, including those managing both medical and mental health conditions. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management, while also creating a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.
