My name is Albert Kwimi, Sibaven Medical Associates and Logistics LLC practice has been founded with the goal of bridging the gaps in mental health care, by providing patients and families in need with a patient-focused care approach. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I have a wealth of experience treating all populations adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Starting as nurse aide, I have been in this field for over 20 years. I obtained an associate degree in nursing from Hudson County Community College, a Bachelor of Science from New Jersey City University, a Master of Science from Wilkes University, and currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree at Wilkes University. I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the most daunting and hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I am mindful that growing up, so many peoples around me who had mental health challenges were often misunderstood and, as such, did not receive the proper care they needed. I am Paula George, Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner . My education and experience have equipped me to offer the necessary services for people with mental health problems. I'm open-minded while I perform outpatient comprehensive care, care coordination, supportive therapy and referrals for specialty treatment. I take pleasure in creating a caring, comfortable , empathetic environment , offering a non-judgmental listening ear to all my clients.

I am a warm and empathic therapist with over 25 years experience. I work with individuals and families to address a variety of issues including depression, anxiety , bipolar disorder, life transitions, sexuality, grief and loss, and substance abuse.

Devinder Mathaun de Infante is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with a New Jersey Social Work School certification (focused on executive functioning). She has been guiding clients in the addictions field towards recovery for over 15 years. Devinder has had a life-long pursuit of being of service to those around her and has excelled in treating substance use disorders and mental health.

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified School Counselor in the state of New Jersey, having experience if both clinical and school based settings. Megan received her bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University and her master’s degree in School Counseling from Montclair State University. She is experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on issues relating to grief and that the LGBTQ+ community.

I have served individuals and families in various settings including substance abuse treatment programs, community mental health centers, schools, and private group practice. I work with clients on developmental trauma, substance use, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, identity formation, life transitions, grief, relationship difficulties, anger management, and conflict resolution.

My specialty is "trauma", which is a broad term. Any experience that leaves you feeling unsafe, confused, insecure or unloved can be traumatic. I work with sexual abuse, violent and workplace trauma, natural disasters, infidelity and all the anxieties that may come with trying to cope with these issues.

I use an eclectic approach because no one modality fits every person and every situation. I use psychotherapy techniques, cognitive behavior therapy, hypnosis and EMDR. I also continually attend conferences to stay current with the best and newest forms of treatments.
