Throughout my career as a director, clinical supervisor, and counselor, I have had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life who are seeking balance, clarity, and growth. I specialize in supporting first responders and military veterans, as well as adults dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, career challenges, grief, addiction, substance abuse, and other mental health difficulties.

My therapeutic style is open, genuine, accepting, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I believe in meeting you where you are—with compassion, respect, and authenticity. Hello! I love therapy and I’m so glad you’re here. Since completing my masters in social work from New York University in 2022 I have 4+ I’ve built diverse experience as an individual and family therapist having worked in community agencies, hospitals and private practice. I find great purpose working with those who have experienced trauma including physical or sexual abuse or assault, childhood neglect or traumatic invalidation. I’m a queer woman and also find pride and joy in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals.
