I’m Rocio Jenkins, MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing evidence-based, compassionate care to adults and adolescents across New Jersey.

I specialize in anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, trauma-related conditions, and women’s mental health. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or unsure whether medication is the right next step. My role is to help you gain clarity, emotional stability, and confidence in your treatment plan.

As a board certified provider in both Psychiatry and Internal Medicine, Dr. Gordon Kusi specialize in working with individuals who may be experiencing ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, substance use, depression or trauma—particularly when these struggles stem from difficult relationships or family dynamics. In our initial sessions, we will take the time to explore the challenges you're facing in depth and work together to create a personalized plan for healing and growth. Many of my clients begin to notice a gradual relief from symptoms within the first month, with continued improvement over time. My goal is to support you in regaining a sense of balance, clarity, and control so you can move forward with greater confidence and peace

Dr. Zaidi is Triple Board Certified in Psychiatry/Neurology, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He has encompassed more than thirty years of extensive and diverse experience in the field of Child, Adolescent & Family Psychiatry. Dr. Zaidi was responsible for the management of a Monmouth Medical Center Children’s Crisis Intervention Service staff and operations; establishing patient services for adolescents, including day and overnight hospitalization; and supervision of multidisciplinary staff in various settings. Dr. Zaidi served as a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychiatry at the Drexel School of Medicine. As a Site Director for Psychiatry, he provided supervision and training of medical students and pediatric residents on rotation at Monmouth Medical Center for Drexel School of Medicine and the Physicians Assistants Program from UMDNJ and Seton Hall. Dr. Zaidi has seen children, adolescents, and adults in private practice for over a decade. Dr. Zaidi is certified by the Board of Education to conduct psychiatric evaluations for school districts for Monmouth and surrounding counties.

I have 31 years of nursing experience and specialize in the evaluation and treatment of postpartum mental health conditions, including postpartum depression. I also treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, weight management, PTSD and OCD. I started out in maternity and pediatrics as my nursing career and then went back to school for my masters, PMHNP certification and doctoral degree. I have also taught nursing students in undergraduate and graduate curriculums. I believe meaningful healing starts with being truly heard. I take a holistic, collaborative approach to care—working with you to understand the root causes of your symptoms and develop a personalized treatment plan that supports your overall well-being, looking at medications and holistic measures such as diet and supplements in order to heal. Treatment includes evidence-based medications, therapy, supplements, and nutrition management tailored to your unique needs, culture, goals, and comfort level. I am Dr. Obinna Ezealor, DNP, PMHNP‐BC, a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 12 years of clinical experience across inpatient, outpatient, and long‐term psychiatric settings. My work spans general and addiction psychiatry, and I have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
