As a LMHC and Art Therapist, my work is rooted in the belief that creative expression can be a powerful pathway to healing, insight, and personal growth. My use of art therapy offers a unique way to explore thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Through the creative process you can safely examine experiences, reduce stress, and access deeper self-understanding. No artistic skill or background is needed the focus is on expression, not perfection.
I help women navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, body image concerns, emotional eating, addiction recovery, and perimenopause/menopause. Together, we'll explore what may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools, resilience, and self-compassion to create meaningful, lasting change.
Please note: I provide 100% virtual telehealth counseling and am currently accepting clients who are physically located in Massachusetts, North Carolina, Arizona, or Oregon. (I am unable to see clients residing in Virginia at this time.) If you live in MA, NC, AZ, or OR, please feel free to book a virtual session!
