I’ve very open minded and calm. I try to meet my clients where they are and gain a better understanding of goals they would like to reach or areas of their life they may be struggling to cope with.

People come to therapy for many reasons. Some are struggling with anxiety, OCD, stress, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Others are navigating life transitions such as starting college, entering adulthood, changing careers, becoming a parent, caring for aging parents, or moving through perimenopause and menopause. Sometimes there isn’t a single crisis. Instead, there is a growing sense that life feels harder than it should, or that old ways of coping are no longer working.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are trying to manage the demands of everyday life while carrying a great deal beneath the surface. Many are bright, capable, and caring people who find themselves overthinking, emotionally exhausted, distracted, stuck in patterns of worry, or struggling to make space for their own needs. Together, we work to better understand what is keeping them stuck, develop practical tools, and create meaningful changes that support a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I am Paula George, Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner . My education and experience have equipped me to offer the necessary services for people with mental health problems. I'm open-minded while I perform outpatient comprehensive care, care coordination, supportive therapy and referrals for specialty treatment. I take pleasure in creating a caring, comfortable , empathetic environment , offering a non-judgmental listening ear to all my clients.

My name is Albert Kwimi, Sibaven Medical Associates and Logistics LLC practice has been founded with the goal of bridging the gaps in mental health care, by providing patients and families in need with a patient-focused care approach. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I have a wealth of experience treating all populations adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Starting as nurse aide, I have been in this field for over 20 years. I obtained an associate degree in nursing from Hudson County Community College, a Bachelor of Science from New Jersey City University, a Master of Science from Wilkes University, and currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree at Wilkes University. I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the most daunting and hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I am mindful that growing up, so many peoples around me who had mental health challenges were often misunderstood and, as such, did not receive the proper care they needed. So, it is my priority to understand you, and your challenges, so that appropriate care can be provided. I am offering to partner with you on the way to recovery.

I bring over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience to my work and am the founder of The Vine Health Services. I’m a doctoral-prepared, dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Family and Psychiatric care, which allows me to look at your health from every angle — mind, body, and spirit.

My approach blends medical expertise with empathy, offering integrative, functional, and faith-informed care (based on patient's preference) that supports the whole person. Following graduate school in Chicago, I moved back to my home state of NJ and I have been working at RWJ/Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth since 2021. I've worked with children/teens with a variety of mental health and behavioral needs including ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidality, Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as children who have experienced trauma.
