I am a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have worked inpatient crisis stabilization units, outpatient psychiatric settings, & substance abuse settings. I treat ages 13 & older. Although I do not treat routine medical conditions, being a FNP as well, allows me to better treat you as a whole & take into account your medical co-morbidities. At this time I am unable to prescribe stimulants (Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, Concerta, etc.)

Dr. Judith Ngulefac, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, DOT-CME is an experienced doctoral-prepared board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner with over 14 years of experience in diverse health care settings providing high-quality care to clients. Dr. Ngulefac believes that your mental health is as important as your physical health and requires the same attention.

Folashade Umoren is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Master’s from Walden University. She also had extensive experience abroad with the W.H.O Research Institute for Psychiatry” Her approach is giving patient-centered, evidence-based, and compassionate care .She specialized in treating clients with ADHD, Drug Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, and other mood disordersOur ideal clients grapple with complex mental health challenges, such as ADHD depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

The client we see day to day struggle with alcohol addiction, drug abuse, and insomnia, which can greatly impact their daily lives. These clients require compassionate, professional care tailored to their unique circumstances. They need effective treatment plans, continuous support, and a non-judgmental environment where they feel safe discussing their issues.

I began my education at Ursuline College in Ohio where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I decided to continue my education and earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University. I went on to Purdue University to specialize in Psychiatry and Mental Health.
