I have a strong background in acute care that has taught me the importance of comprehensive assessments and helps me to understand the metabolic factors that impact psychiatric conditions.

I have extensive experience in both medical and psychiatric nursing, working in hospitals,, outpatient clinics, and in the community .I have also worked for 20 years as a psychotherapist. I have operated a sole proprietorship counseling practice providing holistic mind/ body therapies, nutritional and psychopharmacological treatments, as well as trauma informed psychotherapy.
