I completed my Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) at Chamberlain University, with my graduate degree earned at Georgetown University and my undergraduate degree at Drexel University. My background encompasses child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, and addiction medicine.

I believe in working alongside you to develop a treatment plan that will best fit your needs from medication management to therapy and lifestyle changes.

Soledad Pirro, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is a dual-board-certified family and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who has combined expertise in primary and psychiatric care. She offers holistic, evidence-based Telehealth services and is committed to a nonjudgmental, client-centered focus. Her practice helps individuals enhance physical and emotional well-being through individualized care.

My name is Benjamin Howell, and I'm the founder of Tranceform Wellness. At Tranceform Wellness, we believe that mental health care should be accessible to all. Our mission is to increase healthcare availability by providing high-quality psychiatry services at affordable rates. Our practice is able to provide a full suite of services, including telehealth medication management appointments and therapy services.

A Florida and Polk County native, Mirtha is a graduate of Frostproof High School. She is board certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Autonomous Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor's of Nursing from Polk State and a Master's of Nursing from USF. In 2023 Mirtha earned a Post Master's Certification in Psychiatry from Florida Atlantic University. However, her journey as a mental health provider began in 2020 when she became certified through the Academy of Christian Counseling, as a mental health coach. Then in January of 2025 she became an active member of the Order of Saint Luke (OSL) a healing ministry.

Mirtha has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her passion is caring for individuals struggling with mental health issues. She has been volunteering with the youth in her community for over 7 years and also has experience working in a domestic violence shelter with victims of trauma.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth care for adults throughout Florida. With over 8 years of nursing experience, I offer supportive and personalized care for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, with bilingual services available in English and Spanish.
