I graduated with FNP from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2016. I practiced in a rural health family practice clinic for 5 years before returning to school to get my PMHNP to provide better care for my clients. depression, and mood disorders to trauma, life transitions, burnout, and beyond. My goal is

straightforward: to help you feel more like yourself again, and more in control of your day-to-day life.

I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and Nurse Educator with more than 22 years of experience in nursing—including end-of-life care, wellness, and mental health.

My approach is holistic and person-centered. I believe healing happens when we care for the body, mind, and soul together. Whether that includes faith-based principles, mindfulness, or evidence-based clinical care, I meet each client where they are and support their unique path to healing.

While my practice is Christ-centered in philosophy, it is open and inclusive to people of all backgrounds and beliefs. My focus is on helping each individual find peace, clarity, and wholeness by addressing the deeper roots of emotional and physical distress.

I see my role as a partner in your journey—helping you reconnect with yourself, understand your needs, and move toward a healthier, more balanced life from the inside out.
