Hey there! My name is Nikki :) a little about me is that I view my clients holistically and from a systems lens. I enjoy learning about my clients within the context of their childhoods, environment, and the culmination of their life experiences. I am very familiar with grief and find fulfillment in helping clients process major life changes and transitions. If clients are open, I incorporate spiritual understanding and meaning-making. As an LMFT, I love to assist clients in improving communication with others, especially loved ones, or to assist in boundary-setting strategies. A huge focus of mine is client empowerment and self-love, which extends to how one navigates the world!

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2016. I am a Florida licensed psychotherapist and have maintained a private practice for 17 years in Orlando and Winter Park. I have specialized training in the following: Clinical Trauma Professional and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I am also a certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist through Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and MAPS.

Hi, I’m Stephanie I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I work with adolescents and emerging adults (18-30) in navigating life transitions, increasing social connectedness, and breaking patterns that no longer serve them.

Using a focus on relationships, I work with individuals, couples, and families to obtain a sense of overall well-being and balance. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida I have had the privilege to work in the dependency system, child advocacy setting, not-for-profit sector and private agencies. Services are available in office or through teletherapy.

My background in both education and counseling allows me to support clients with a blend of clinical insight, trauma‐informed care, and practical skill‐building. I currently serve as a facilitator with the Peace and Justice Institute and work as a contract therapist with Families First of Florida. I also have my own private practice named Here and Now Counseling Center. My clinical approach is grounded in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and evidence‐based practices tailored to each client’s needs.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, followed by a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling; both from the University of Central Florida. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and have been in practice for 15 years. I work with both adolescents and adults and tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs.
