I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who works with adults dealing with real-life mental health—PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia, and the in-between that doesn’t always fit neatly into a box.
I’ve worked in hospitals, treatment centers, and correctional settings, which means I’ve seen a lot—and I’m not easily surprised. You don’t have to clean your story up for me. You don’t have to have the “right words.” Just show up as you are.
I don’t do the whole “sit down and I’ll tell you what to do” thing. That’s not how this works. I’ll break things down, give you real options, explain what’s actually happening in your brain (without making it feel like a lecture), and then we decide together what makes sense. You’re not losing control here—you’re getting it back.
Some people come in feeling stuck. Some feel all over the place. Some are just tired of not feeling like themselves. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll figure it out step by step and get you moving in a direction that actually feels better—not just on paper, but in your day-to-day life.
No judgment. No pressure to be perfect. Just real conversations, real strategy, and a plan that fits you.
Hey there! I’m a licensed LMHC and LPC in the states of Washington and Texas who works with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, body image, and self-esteem challenges. I received my M.S. degree in Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I have been providing psychotherapy to individuals and families over 3 years but I have gained extensive clinical background since 2016. Together we will identify your values and goals to help you prioritize what is important to you. In our therapeutic relationship, I am here to work as your partner and collaborate with you to find the best path forward for you.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University. My professional background has largely been in community behavioral health, where I've spent years working with individuals experiencing serious mental illness as well as people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life stress. I've worked across different parts of the behavioral health system - including clinical and leadership roles - which has given me a broad understanding of how mental health challenges show up in real life, not just in theory.
Because of that experience, I approach therapy from a holistic and systems-oriented perspective. Our mental health is shaped by far more than what's happening internally. Relationships, work stress, family dynamics, physical health, and the larger systems we interact with every day can all play a role in how we feel and function.
My style tends to be warm, collaborative, and often a little humorous. Therapy is important work, but it doesn't have to feel overly stiff or clinical. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what's going on while also gaining insight, perspective, and practical ways to move forward.
I approach my work with warmth, energy, and an open mind, creating a therapeutic space where clients can feel safe, supported, and understood. With over 15 years of nursing experience, I combine clinical expertise with genuine compassion to guide individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My mission is to foster trust, collaboration, and meaningful progress for every client who walks through my door.
