I am able to evaluate and make diagnoses, and/or support existing diagnoses and work with you for a 'best-fit' solution to your needs. So many come from a past of being told they are 'X, Y, Z" and often misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed.
My goal is to help find a good treatment start point that resonates with you and provide evidence-based treatment to support your needs, goals, and desires to bring relief and remission, joy and hope.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe mental health is a vital part of overall well-being, one that is often overlooked. I’ve been a nurse for over 11 years, gaining wide-ranging experience across diverse mental health diagnoses, and I’m passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive care. I currently serve as a Reservist in the United States Air Force, a role that has strengthened my dedication to service and resilience. My primary focus is supporting adults who are navigating anxiety and depression.
